Why We Rally?

The National Domestic Violence Rally was founded by Cynthya, a military spousal domestic violence and sexual assault survivor, cancer and stage 4 endometriosis frozen pelvis survivor, mental health advocate, and mother of two, including a veteran who has struggled with suicidal thoughts and a child with scoliosis. She has dedicated her life to advocacy, education, and policy reform to support survivors and create lasting change in the fight against domestic violence.

Why your story counts!

The National Domestic Violence Rally was born out of a deep need for awareness, action, and justice. Too many survivors suffer in silence, too many lives are lost, and too many systems fail those in need. This rally is more than an event—it is a movement.

Under Cynthya’s leadership, the rally unites survivors, advocates, lawmakers, and communities to:
🔹 Demand stronger domestic violence protections and policies.
🔹 Raise awareness about the realities of abuse and systemic failures.
🔹 Provide resources and support for survivors seeking justice and healing.
🔹 Empower communities to take action and break the cycle of violence.
