Tiffiney Hall

Founder & CEO

Tiffiney L. Hall is the Founder & CEO of PosiTiff, a visionary leader, transformational speaker, nurse with a certification in trauma-informed coaching, and domestic violence survivor-advocate.
​She was recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice Office for Victims of Crime and named a 2025 Remarkable Women Winner by Nexstar Media. Tiffiney supports organizations, communities, and individuals to transform conflict into opportunities for healing, growth, and change.
​Tiffiney serves as an Executive Committee member on the Pennsylvania Office of Gun Violence Prevention and was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Pennsylvania Victim Services Advisory Committee.
She exudes confidence and vulnerability in sharing her story as a means of supporting and empowering other survivors of domestic violence to reclaim their power.

Shamika Williams

Founder of Let Love Lead

Shamika Williams is a customer service manager at old navy , she is a small business entrepreneur and ceo/owner born and raised in Flint Michigan moved to Memphis Tn in 2015 of a lingerie store in Memphis that open in 2023 called Diamondix by Dimplez .She also is the founder of a nonprofit organization in Memphis that was created in March 2020 called Let Love Lead that caters to domestic violence victims/survivors. She is also a domestic violence advocate. She also manages sales, decision making and customer service at old navy where is she a manager at. Shamika has a degree in healthcare administration from Davenport University Grand Rapids Michigan a degree in Business administration from Saginaw Valley University Saginaw Michigan and graduated in May 2024 with her degree in Biotechnology from University of Memphis. When she is not working she is with her children at basketball practice choir practice and dance practice and in the Shelby county schools talking to young women and young men about depression mental illness suicide and domestic violence

Emma Sanders

DAC- Domestic Abuse Council

 Sanders is the Outreach Manager at the Domestic Abuse Council (DAC) of Volusia County, where she has worked since 2017. She has a strong history of working in the nonprofit sector and brings years of experience in prevention, community education, and advocacy. In her role, Emma collaborates with survivors, advocates, and community partners to strengthen awareness and expand access to services across Volusia County. She earned her degree in Sociology from Bethune-Cookman University and is deeply committed to empowering families, promoting trauma-informed care, and building safer, healthier communities.
