Kathy Greggs
CEO of Fayetteville Pact, Speaker, Author, Advocate and Candidate for Fayetteville County Council
Kathy Greggs, born in Camden, New Jersey, and raised in Germany, is a US Army Combat Veteran and survivor of military sexual assault. She has been an advocate for policy reforms in the Army, focusing on improving the reporting and discharge processes for emotional trauma victims. Beyond her military service, Kathy has volunteered at Connections of Cumberland, aiding homeless women and children, and is a certified FEMA Disaster Operations Manager who led relief efforts during several major natural disasters. She co-advocated for Pathway to Prosperity housing and chaired the City of Fayetteville Board of Commissioners for Public Arts.Her recognitions include the North Carolina A. Philip Randolph Institute’s "Community Leader Award, a Global Recognition Award, and a Distinguished Authors Guild Nomination. Her book, The Mother, The Soldier, The Activist, won the International Impact Award. As the CEO of Fayetteville PACT Organization, Kathy focuses on creating inclusive infrastructure and advocates for the reauthorization of the Lautenburg Amendment and the Violence Against Women Act to protect all individuals, including the LGBTQIA+ community and teens. Kathy believes the fight for humanity is everyone’s fight for equality, ensuring that disenfranchised communities receive the support they need and that no one is left behind.

Christie Lee is a resilient leader whose life reflects courage, faith, and service. As a survivor of severe military domestic violence, she has transformed her hardships into a powerful testimony of strength and perseverance. Guided by her deep faith, Christie found the resilience to rebuild her life, creating a path rooted in hope, compassion, and determination.
Today, Christie is a dedicated realtor, helping families and individuals find homes where they can build new beginnings. Her personal journey has instilled in her a profound empathy for others and a unique ability to connect with clients on a meaningful level.
Beyond her professional work, Christie is committed to giving back to her community. She serves as President of the Board at a local nonprofit dedicated to music and the arts, where she advocates for creative education and opportunities for people of all ages. Through this role, she helps foster healing, self-expression, and growth within her community.
Christie Lee’s life is a testament to the power of faith, perseverance, and purpose. She continues to inspire others by showing that even in the face of great adversity, it is possible to rise, rebuild, and lead with compassion.
