Who We Are

Chris Felder

Candidate Florida House District 74

Chris Felder is proud to be the only candidate in this race—and possibly across all of Florida—leading the charge to modernize our state’s outdated family law system. As Florida Chair for National Parents Organization and Founder of FamilyGuardians.org, he understands firsthand the complexities of these challenges and the real solutions they require. When families break down, everything else follows. That’s why meaningful family law reform is a cornerstone of his campaign—but it’s far from the only one.

Chris has spent decades working with the law, advocating for families, and engaging directly with lawmakers to make Florida safer and more responsive to the people it serves. He’s a seasoned legislative professional, a veteran who took an oath to defend the Constitution—and continues to live by that commitment—and a proud MBA graduate from the University of South Florida.

His vision is rooted in protecting constitutional freedoms, promoting family-first leadership, and advancing fiscally responsible policies that preserve the values that make Florida strong and secure our state’s future.

Ingrid Dutton

Nurse Practitioner, Podcast host, and advocate

Ingrid Dutton is a nurse practitioner, podcast host, and advocate dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence. A proud mother of three, she balances a demanding healthcare career with her work as the creator and host of 1 in 3, a podcast that amplifies the voices of survivors while fostering connection, healing, and empowerment.

Ingrid’s own experience surviving a domestic violence relationship ignited her passion for advocacy and inspired her to create a platform where survivors, families, and allies can share their stories. In addition to survivor testimonies, 1 in 3 features advocates and professionals who provide guidance and expertise, helping listeners navigate the complexities of trauma, recovery, and resilience.

Drawing from both her professional background and personal journey, Ingrid emphasizes that healing is not one-size-fits-all. She has carved her own path toward recovery and is deeply committed to offering a safe, compassionate space where others can do the same.

Her mission is simple: to show others they are not alone and to foster a community where hope, healing, and strength are always within reach.
